Policies

We understand that plans can change. Here is our refund policy for Camp Vibe Code registrations:

• Full Refund:Cancel more than 30 days before your camp week starts for a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
• 50% Refund:Cancel between 15-30 days before your camp week starts for a 50% refund.
• No Refund:Cancellations within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer your registration to a different camp week (subject to availability) at no charge if requested more than 7 days before the original camp date. A $50 transfer fee applies for requests made within 7 days.

Camp Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that Camp Vibe Code cancels a session (weather, insufficient enrollment, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another week at no charge.

The safety and well-being of every camper is our top priority.

• • Small Groups: Maximum 15 students per session with a low student-to-instructor ratio.
• • Supervised Environment: Students are supervised at all times during camp hours (8:15 AM - 12:30 PM).
• • Check-in/Check-out: Secure drop-off and pick-up procedures with parent/guardian verification.
• • Background Checks: All instructors and staff undergo background checks.

• • A laptop (Mac, Windows, or Chromebook) with a working charger
• • A water bottle
• • A positive attitude and curiosity!

Snacks are provided. Students may bring additional snacks if desired. No prior coding experience required.
